    • How Long Does Onboarding Take?

      Onboarding takes about one week as we work to research your company/industry and then get all initial campaigns set up and running. This onboarding process is included in the first months invoice. We do not charge a separate fixed fee for it.

    • How Often Will We Meet and Receive Reporting?

      We build live reporting dashboards that act as a single client portal from which all your analytics are reported, giving you 24/7 access to digital marketing performance. We recommend meeting bi-weekly to start as we work to scale campaigns profitably and establish a strong feedback loop early on.

    • Why work with Venture Labs instead of a larger agency?

      As agencies scale, their client performance suffer. Venture Labs is a team of three, and we're proud of that. Keeping things small has allowed us to truly have a relationship with our clients and do great work.

    • What does your invoicing process look like?

      We use Quickbooks for invoicing and accounting. Invoices are setup with the payment schedule and terms as described in your signed master services agreement.
